We require 100% advance payment for all services listed on our website. Any transaction fees and taxes (where applicable) are to be covered by the client.
We offer unlimited revisions on delivered work, provided requests are made within 7 days of delivery. In exceptional cases, requests can be made within 14 days. All revision requests will be handled based on order urgency, with a minimum turnaround time of 24 hours.
Revision Turnaround Times (based on urgency):
For orders with 24-hour urgency: 24 hours for revisions.
For orders with 24-48 hours urgency: 48 hours for revisions.
For orders with 48 hours or more urgency: 72 hours for revisions.
Any project requirements will be discussed with the client before work begins. Disputes over service levels will be addressed based on the agreed terms, these terms and conditions, and standard business practices.
You can request a full refund before work begins on your project. Once work commences, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable transaction charges. Refund requests will not be accepted for orders placed through limited-time or discounted promotions.
Refund requests can be made within 5 days of your order completion if you are dissatisfied with any service or product. If we are unable to provide the required service through our unlimited revision policy, a percentage-based refund will be granted. If no refund request is received within five days of order delivery, both parties will assume satisfaction with the completed order.
